Part of our task as a Nutrition Coach is problem solving. Figuring out what part of your diet is hindering your ability and changing it. We go through a series of questions to help get your diet leveled and sustainable — to help keep you consistent with your progress. Many say changing your diet is the hardest attribute to shift in the process of getting healthy.
We offer personalized meal plans developed specifically for you. These meal plans are designed to focus on your goal and health. This may include an anti-inflammation diet for people who suffer from joint pain to the popular keto dieting for recalibrating the way your body’s uses fats. Micronutrients and Macronutrients will also play a big part in your meal planning making sure you get the proper nutrients for your body.

First, we will schedule your initial appointment to get your personal goals, health background, and preferences. When you come to MASJ, we take the whole body into account and assess:

After the appointment your nutrition coach creates a meal plan that you can track through you MASJ App. Nutritional coaching runs parallel with fitness in order to reach your goals. Our treatment plans include Fitness Coaching which will include a series of exercises along with your meal plan.
