Exercises to Treat Neck Pain
A few easy and quick exercises that help to treat neck pain;

- Chin Tuck will have you start on your feet about shoulder width apart and your upper spine against a wall. Then face forward and let the back of your head touch the wall while tucking your chin in. Hold it for about 5 seconds and repeat the motions about 10 times.
- Prone Cobra Stretch starts with you lying on the floor face down with an optional towel under your forehead and your arms outstretched to the side. Pinch your shoulder blades together to bring your hands off the ground and gently lift your head about an inch off the ground while keeping it facing down. Hold the pose for 10 seconds and repeat about 5-10 times.
- Back Burn has you start with your back against the wall and your heels about 4-5 inches from the wall. Pull your head back so it touches the wall without your chin pointing up and then with your arms always touching the wall bring both hands over your head and back down. Repeat about 10 times.
